The following shall be authorities of the Board, namely;
The General Body
The Governing Body
The Executive Committee
The Academic Committee
The Finance Committee
The Research Committee
The Schools/Academic Centers Development Committee
The Online Education committee
Such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the Board
